Our recruitment process :

1. Receiving the original documents and process for the pre approval, advertisement and other legal formalities. At the same time we start sourcing from the existing database and potential candidates.
2. Recruitment team now starts with to collect CVs,passport and relevant document for the preparation of final interview. All the reference are cross checked, trade tested (if necessary)job required proficiency are tested.
3. Final interview & selection of canidates is next process. All the selected candidates then are sent for medical tests, orientation and police report. Once they submit all the document, we inform employer with updates.
4. The selected candidates with completion of all the document process are submitted for visa endoresement. It is madatory to take final approval from Ministry of Labor,Nepal for visa endorsed candidates.
5. After completion of visa endoresemnt and formalities cleints are informed and request to arrange their flights booking. Hence, deploytment process begins.
6. After all this process,the candidates are then deployed as per the flight details. Each information are recorded by our team to ensure that the candidates are reached on-time to our clients.
